No Automatic Uploads

Firn does not automatically send journal data, crash logs, analytics, screenshots, or medication entries with your support request.

Common Help Topics

Exporting your data

Open Firn, go to Settings, then use Export My Data to create a JSON or CSV export.

Creating a GP report

Open Firn, go to Settings, then use Generate GP Report. Firn creates a shareable PDF from your local journal data.

Deleting local data

Open Firn, go to Settings, then use Delete All My Data. Removing the app from your iPhone also removes the app and its local data from that device.
